Step 1: Evaluation
- With your operations team and/or escalator maintenance company, we will conduct an escalator survey to inspect the equipment.
- AdRail techs measure each handrail, assess drive systems, and handrail conditions to ensure they are viable options for AdRail's graphics applications.
- This step is only necessary for locations who have not previously used AdRail within the last 12 months.
Step 2: Cleaning
- With each installation AdRail performs a thorough cleaning and sanitization process to remove dust and debris from the rollers inside the unit and the handrail itself.
- This ensures a clean surface, allowing for smooth application and optimal adhesion of the graphics.
- Our cleaning process has been proven to extend handrail longevity, which also saves on maintenance costs.
Step 3: Installation
- Using our patented applicator, the custom film is applied to the handrail.
- This method ensures the film stays securely in place and maintains its integrity during escalator movement without damaging the handrail or equipment.
- We will work with your local escalator maintenance partner to help facilitate a smooth installation.
Step 4: Removal
- AdRail will coordinate the quick and easy removal of the graphics.
- With a quick pull of the film, all graphics are removed within minutes leaving behind a clean handrail.
